O tema da loucura feminina se apresenta frequentemente na clínica psicanalítica por meio de sujeitos neuróticos. Questiona-se neste artigo as proximidades entre psicose e a loucura que se apresenta no discurso das mulheres neuróticas. As identificações iniciais, por meio das quais a criança se aliena ao desejo do Outro, determinam certa loucura, não restrita apenas aos psicóticos. Para um sujeito do sexo feminino, que passa pelo tortuoso processo de tornar-se mulher, a loucura é uma possibilidade, pois uma mulher, por encontrar-se dividida entre o gozo masculino e o feminino, se aproxima da loucura, mas é não louca-de-todo.

The topic of female madness often presents itself in psychoanalysis by means of neurotic subjects. In this article, we question the vicinity between psychosis and madness that presents itself in the speech of neurotic women. Initial identifications, whereby children alienate themselves to the desire of the Other, determine a certain madness, not restricted only to the psychotic. To a female subject, who lives through the tortuous process of becoming a woman, madness is a possibility, since a woman, find herself torn between masculine and feminine pleasure, approaches madness, but is not completely mad.

Le thème de la folie féminine se présente souvent dans la clinique psychanalytique par l’intermédiaire de sujet névrosés. On remet en question dans cet article les rapprochements entre la psychose et la folie retrouvés dans le discours de femmes névrosées. Les identifications initiales par lesquelles l’enfant est aliéné au désir de l’Autre déterminent une certaine folie aucunement restreinte qu’ aux psychotiques. Pour un sujet féminin qui connaît le processus tortueux de devenir femme, la folie représente une issue, du fait qu’une femme, se retrouvant partagée entre la jouissance masculine et la féminine, se rapproche de la folie, mais est loin d’être complètement folle.

El tema de la locura femenina se presenta a menudo en la práctica psicoanalítica a través de sujetos neuróticos. En este artículo, se cuestiona la cercanía entre la psicosis y la locura que se presenta en el discurso de las mujeres neuróticas. Las identificaciones iniciales, a través de las cuales el niño se aliena al deseo del Otro, determinan un cierto grado de locura, que no se restringe solamente a los psicóticos. Para un sujeto del sexo femenino, que atraviesa por el tortuoso proceso de convertirse en mujer, la locura es una posibilidad, ya que la mujer, al verse divida entre el gozo masculino y el femenino, se acerca a la locura, pero no es loca del todo.

Das Thema des weiblichen Wahnsinns wird in der psychoanalytischen Klinik oft durch neurotische Subjekte beigetragen. Dieser Artikel untersucht das Verwandtschaftsverhältnis zwischen der Psychose und dem Wahnsinn, der sich in den Aussagen von neurotischen Frauen manifestiert. Die ursprünglichen Identifikationen, durch welche das Kind sich vom Wunsch des Anderen entfremdet, bestimmen einen bestimmten Grad des Wahnsinns, der sich nicht nur auf die psychotischen Subjekte beschränkt. Für das weibliche Subjekt, welches den qualvollen Prozess des Frau-werdens erleidet, ist der Wahnsinn eine Möglichkeit, da eine Frau, die zwischen dem männlichen und dem weiblichen Geniessen schwankt, sich zwar dem Wahnsinn nähert, aber nicht total verrückt wird.

O conceito de simbiose em psicanálise: uma revisão de literatura / The concept of symbiosis in psychoanalysis: a literature review

O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre o conceito de simbiose em psicanálise e sua articulação com a psicopatologia das psicoses, em especial aquelas diagnosticadas em indivíduos do sexo masculino. O estudo enfocou a vinculação do conceito à temática das relações de objeto e percorreu algumas das principais teorias psicanalíticas. As abordagens foram agrupadas de forma a apresentarem as perspectivas das teorias clássicas, seguidas das formulações de alguns estudos contemporâneos sobre o assunto.

The concept of symbiosis in psychoanalysis: a literature review. The aim of this study was to conduct a review in literature on the concept of symbiosis in psychoanalysis and its relationship with psychopathology of psychoses, especially those diagnosed in males. The study focused on linking the concept to the subject of object relations, and reviewed some of the major psychoanalytic theories. The approaches were grouped in order to present the perspectives of classical theories, followed by the formulations of some contemporary studies which investigate the matter.

O lugar do analista e a ética do desejo / The analyst position and the desire ethics

A posição ética do analista na clínica está em questão neste trabalho, que faz uma retomada dos fundamentos da psicanálise para questionar se, diante das particularidades dos sujeitos que procuram análise, há modos distintos de o analista posicionar-se clinicamente. A direção da análise é conduzida pelo analista, que estabelece o espaço e o tempo da sessão como limites para a experiência subversiva da associação livre. Para sujeitos que funcionam de modo intempestivo, depressivo, que apresentam sintomas aditivos e somáticos, pode ser necessário rever as táticas usuais da análise, tais como o uso do divã. Cabe ao analista a liberdade tática de escolher suas intervenções, desde que estas estejam a serviço da associação livre, estratégia proposta por Freud para acontecer uma análise. Quanto à política, não há negociação: trata-se da ética da psicanálise, pautada na falta-a-ser, que norteia a análise rumo ao reconhecimento e à responsabilização pelo próprio desejo

The ethical analyst position on clinic is in emphases at this paper, that goes back to the psychoanalysis foundations to ask if facing particularities of the subjects that look for analyses, exists different ways that the analyst could clinically position itself. The analyses direction is conducted by the analyst that establishes space and session time limits to the subversive experiment of free association. For subjects that work in untimely, depressive mode that presents additive and somatic symptoms, it may be necessary to reverse the usual strategy analysis as the couch use. Is due to the analyst to choose the intervention, since those are in service of free association, strategy proposed by Freud to be analysis. As for policy, there is no negotiation: it is the ethics of psychoanalysis, based on the lack-to-be, which guides the analysis towards the recognition and accountability by the desire itself

O lugar do psicanalista nos hospitais gerais: entre os dispositivos clínicos e os institucionais / The psychoanalyst place in general hospitals: the clinical and the institutional dimensions / El lugar del analista en hospitales generales: entre dispositivos médicos y institucional / La place de l'analyste dans les hôpitaux généraux: entre dispositifs médicaux et institutionnelle

O principal objetivo deste artigo é apresentar qual o lugar (função) do psicanalista nos hospitais gerais. Investiga-se esse lugar a partir de duas dimensões, que devem ser articuladas: a dimensão da clínica psicanalítica e a dimensão da instituição. Conclui-se que o lugar do psicanalista nos hospitais se encontra entre essas duas dimensões.

The main objective of this paper is to present what place (function) of the psychoanalyst in general hospitals. Investigates this place from two dimensions that should be articulated: the dimension of psychoanalytic practice and the size of the institution. . It was concluded that the place of the psychoanalysts in general hospitals is somewhere between the clinical dimension and the institutional dimension.

El objetivo deste trabajo es presentar qué lugar (función) del psicoanalista en los hospitales generales. Investiga este lugar desde dos dimensiones, que deben ser articulados: el tamaño de la clínica psicoanalítica y el tamaño de la institución. Llegamos a la conclusión de que el lugar del analista en los hospitales es entre estas dos dimensiones.

Le but de cet article est de présenter ce lieu (fonction) du psychanalyste dans les hôpitaux généraux. Enquêter sur ce lieu de deux dimensions, qui doivent être articulés: la taille de la clinique psychanalytique et la taille de l'institution. Nous concluons que le lieu de l'analyste dans les hôpitaux est entre ces deux dimensions.

A psicanálise no hospital: dos impasses às condições de possibilidades / The psychoanalysis in hospitals: from impasses to the conditions of possibilities

Pretende-se apresentar algumas especificidades para se identificar a clínica psicanalítica e analisar as condições de possibilidades para o trabalho analítico no hospital. Para isso, retomam-se as ideias de Ana Cristina Figueiredo referentes às condições mínimas para se caracterizar as especificidades da psicanálise. Essas questões serão articuladas, principalmente, aos artigos freudianos sobre a técnica psicanalítica. Conclui-se que é possível sustentar o trabalho analítico no hospital, mas isso depende da implicação do psicanalista nas especificidades dessa clínica e na exigência de um rigor ético de formalização de sua prática.

This paper has as main purpose to present some specificities in identifying the psychoanalytic clinic and analyzes the conditions of possibilities for the analytical work at the hospital. For that, it is recovered the ideas of Ana Cristina Figueiredo about the minimal requirements to characterize the specificities of the psychoanalytic clinic. These ideas are articulated, mainly, to the Freudian papers about the psychoanalytic technique. In conclusion, it is possible to sustain the analytical work at the hospital, but it depends on the psychoanalyst's involvement in the specificities of this clinic and in the requirement of an ethical rigor of its practice formalization.

A difusão da psicanálise e sua inserção nos hospitais gerais / The diffusion of psychoanalysis and its insertion in general hospitals

Os principais objetivos deste artigo são apresentar um panorama sobre o início da psicanálise nos hospitais gerais do Brasil e discutir ideias sobre o lugar do psicanalista nesses espaços.

The main objective of this paper is to present an overview about the beginnings of psychoanalysis in general hospitals in Brazil and discuss ideas about the place of the psychoanalyst in these spaces.
